You will not only manage complex venture financings and corporate governance, but you will also help build smart workflows that push the entire department forward.

Key Responsibilities

Support venture financings, secondary transactions, and board approvals by drafting core documents and coordinating closely with outside counsel.
Own the full lifecycle of transaction execution from initial signatures and checklists to closing sets and post closing organization.
Maintain the corporate master records, keeping everything audit ready and impeccably organized.
Design and deploy AI enabled workflows, self service tools, and automations that slash manual effort and speed up response times.
Handle day to day corporate governance matters and equity administration with precision.

Requirements

Foundational corporate law training gained at a reputable law firm.
Hands on experience managing venture financings, transaction closings, corporate governance, and equity administration.
Strong transactional execution skills combined with an exceptional eye for detail.
Deep interest in leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to reinvent traditional legal operations.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, remote environment.
