Overview

As a Medical Services Specialist at Conduent, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers reaching out to our Information Center. This role is truly global and fully remote, allowing you to connect with individuals from anywhere in the world. You'll use your healthcare background and our specialized product knowledge to expertly provide specific information about our offerings and various disease states. The range of topics you'll cover is incredibly diverse, from product details and pricing inquiries to patient education materials, and even handling product quality complaints or adverse experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial and main resource for customers contacting the Information Center.
Apply your healthcare experience and product/disease state training to deliver clear, consistent information.
Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and written correspondence, in both German and English.
Address a wide array of subjects, including product specifics, pricing, educational content for patients, managing product quality complaints, and reporting adverse experiences.
Operate with independence in a dynamic call center environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Build strong rapport with both internal team members and external customers, nurturing lasting relationships.
Respond promptly and thoroughly to all customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
Participate in proactive outbound initiatives, reaching out to customers with important product messages.
