In this fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, you will act as a scientific bridge, ensuring clinicians and commercial teams understand complex genomic diagnostics that shape treatment pathways.

Overview

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will serve as a clinical and genomic expert helping healthcare providers make confident, evidence-based choices. You will work closely with urologists, oncologists, and internal cross-functional partners to translate deep genomic insights into practical clinical utility. This is a chance to influence cancer care on a global scale while enjoying complete location flexibility from your remote workspace anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, your daily focus will involve several critical initiatives

Cultivate peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders, urologists, and multidisciplinary cancer care teams.
Deliver credible, high-level scientific presentations on Decipher genomic testing to clinicians and academic groups.
Provide clinical guidance and continuous genomic education to internal field commercial teams.
Address complex medical inquiries from healthcare providers with accurate, balanced, and evidence-supported information.
Collaborate with clinical development and medical affairs to identify research opportunities and support investigator-sponsored studies.
Gather field-level medical insights to help guide internal research, product strategy, and educational outreach.

Requirements

We are searching for scientific communicators who bring the following background

An advanced clinical or life sciences degree such as a PharmD, PhD, MD, or Master of Science in Genetic Counseling.
Solid grasp of oncology, urology, or clinical genomics.
Proven ability to present complex scientific data to diverse medical audiences with clarity and poise.
Natural relationship builder with strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
Self-motivated mindset to thrive in an independent, fully distributed international work environment.
Willingness to travel periodically for academic conferences, key medical meetings, and internal team gatherings.
