You will manage the collection, organization, and maintenance of vital medical records needed to support billing, coding, claims, and authorization workflows. Working closely with both external provider teams and our internal specialists, you will guarantee that every required document is complete, accurate, and ready the exact moment it is needed.

Key Responsibilities

Request and collect medical records and supporting documentation from various provider clients across the globe.
Review incoming records thoroughly for completeness and ensure all required details are available for billing, coding, and claims processing.
Organize and maintain electronic medical records strictly in accordance with established procedures and privacy standards.
Track outstanding documentation requests systematically and follow up with provider teams promptly.
Route medical records and supporting documents efficiently to the correct billing, coding, authorization, or claims team.
Identify any missing, inconsistent, or incomplete documentation and communicate these issues clearly to the appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain immaculate logs and records of all documentation requests and communications.

Requirements

Proven experience working with medical records, healthcare administration, or revenue cycle management environments.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
