Overview
This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. You will blend direct patient care with high-level operational strategy. Expect to carry an initial clinical caseload of up to fifty percent, which adjusts naturally as your leadership duties expand. You will collaborate daily with our therapy, testing, and coaching leaders to ensure every family experiences seamless, top-tier support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire clinical architecture and quality standards for our psychiatry service line.
- Maintain a clinical caseload while balancing critical administrative duties.
- Drive ongoing provider development, mentorship, and clinical excellence among our prescribers and nurse practitioners.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance across all virtual care operations.
- Partner with peer service line owners to innovate our hybrid care models using data and technology.
Requirements
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Active medical license and the ability to practice remotely.
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and scaling healthcare services.
