Key Responsibilities

Manage charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting for assigned clients with high precision.
Work first-pass denials and resubmit or appeal claims as appropriate to recover lost revenue.
Monitor and report on denial rates and billing performance for your assigned accounts.
Work directly with payer portals and maintain up-to-date payer-specific knowledge.
Liaise with provider practice managers and client teams to resolve documentation and billing gaps quickly.
Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards established by the company.
Review claims for billing accuracy and identify issues that could delay reimbursement.
Maintain accurate billing records and follow established compliance and documentation procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Medical Billing Specialist or in a similar revenue cycle role.
Strong familiarity with payer portals, medical coding principles, and claims processing solutions.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote operations.
