Overview

As our Materials Sourcing Manager for Wool, you will take ownership of our entire wool supply chain from raw fiber to finished product. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. You will partner directly with top tier mills and manufacturers to secure the finest sustainable materials while keeping costs low. Your expertise will directly shape our bestselling apparel and home collections.

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure premium wool and wool blend materials that meet our strict quality standards.
Build and nurture strong relationships with global manufacturing partners and fiber suppliers.
Negotiate pricing and terms to support our direct manufacturer model.
Collaborate closely with product design and merchandising teams to forecast material needs.
Ensure all sourced materials adhere to our strict ethical and sustainability guidelines.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in textile sourcing with a strong focus on wool and cashmere.
Deep knowledge of global wool markets, spinning mills, and processing techniques.
Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and relationship management.
Strong understanding of sustainable sourcing practices and ethical supply chains.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced remote environment.
