Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior mentor to pre-medical students navigating the medical school admissions journey.
- Guide medical students through the complexities of the ERAS and NRMP Match process for residency placements.
- Deliver comprehensive, personalized one-on-one advising sessions that build applicant confidence and strategy.
Requirements
- Must hold an active or retired medical degree (MD or DO).
- Extensive firsthand experience with medical school or residency admissions.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing future healthcare professionals.
- Availability to commit at least twenty hours per week.
