Key Responsibilities

Take true ownership of assigned aspects of complex mass tort cases and personal injury litigation.
Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators who serve in national leadership roles.
Draft substantive legal motions, briefs, and discovery requests for federal and state courts.
Conduct depositions, participate in hearings, and help build compelling cases from the ground up.
Maintain a strategic, aggressive, yet compassionate approach to advocating for plaintiffs.

Requirements

Active bar admission in good standing.
A demonstrated hunger for real litigation experience and courtroom exposure.
Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
