Career Opportunity: Marketing Supervisor – DryHair & Home Care (BTL)

Ascentech Services Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Marketing Supervisor for our DryHair and Home Care divisions. This is a critical role focused on Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, designed to elevate brand visibility and foster deep consumer engagement in a competitive FMCG landscape.

The Role

As our Marketing Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our field-based marketing strategy. You will be responsible for planning and executing dynamic activations, including roadshows, in-store promotions, and high-impact consumer engagement events. Your ability to lead, supervise, and mentor field promotional teams will be essential in ensuring that our brand presence is consistent and effective across all retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns, ensuring they align with brand goals and consumer trends.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise field promoters to guarantee flawless execution and high engagement levels.
Trade Relations: Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with distributors, retailers, and salon partners.
Market Intelligence: Act as our 'eyes on the ground' by monitoring competitor activity and delivering actionable market insights.
Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Resource Management: Oversee the deployment of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials while strictly adhering to departmental budgets.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 – 4 years of proven experience in BTL, trade marketing, or field marketing within the FMCG sector.
Specific industry experience in DryHair Care, Home Care, or Personal Care is highly preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to travel extensively to oversee field activities.
