About the Role
As the Marketing Supervisor for the Dry Hair category, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring that productivity targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of merchandising and inventory management. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on guidance to ensure our Dry Hair product line remains market-leading and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staff activities and ensure seamless operational flow within the Dry Hair section.
- Mentor, train, and coach team members to elevate their professional skills and service standards.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and work closely with logistics to prevent stock shortages.
- Analyze sales data and team performance to prepare comprehensive operational reports.
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer inquiries, ensuring professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement innovative sales and efficiency strategies.
Requirements for Success
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience, with a mandatory requirement of previous supervisory experience specifically within the Dry Hair category.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations with poise and sound decision-making.
