About the Job

We are seeking a well-rounded Marketing Strategist with solid agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate understands the complete scope of ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing, knows how to bridge traditional and digital marketing, and is deeply passionate about optimizing, automating, and scaling workflows for business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategies for clients across diverse industries.
  • Lead marketing automation strategies using industry-standard tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with content creation, social media, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Audit client sales funnels and customer journeys to propose and implement automation-driven enhancements.
  • Set up advanced campaign tracking, lead scoring rules, CRM workflows, and targeted email nurturing pathways.
  • Analyze campaign analytics and draft data-driven reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the Marketing Strategy & Implementation Team on key client accounts.
  • Assist in drafting pitches, proposals, and go-to-market strategies for incoming prospective clients.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within an agency environment or a B2B setting.
  • Automation Skills: Practical knowledge of marketing automation engines, CRM setup, and system integrations.
  • Channel Knowledge: A deep understanding of core marketing channels including Email, SEO, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach to execution.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, as well as confident client-facing skills.
  • Bonus Points: Experience establishing custom dashboards, building data pipelines, or utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Notion, or Airtable.
