Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our renewable energy objectives.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging assets, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and marketing collateral.
Social Media Management: Manage and scale our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, track campaign success using Google Analytics, and provide actionable monthly reports.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure absolute brand consistency while managing online interactions with our growing community.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, corporate events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, digital strategy, or social media management.
Expertise in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in short-form video production and visual storytelling.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and familiarity with SEO and paid advertising principles.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
