Key Responsibilities

Leading full-cycle recruitment for a variety of marketing positions, covering areas like digital, brand, product, content, and communications.
Cultivating strategic partnerships with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse, top-tier talent from across the globe.
Conducting thorough interviews and comprehensive assessments to identify the best candidates.
Managing the entire candidate experience, from initial outreach through to successful onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
Effectively utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes.
Providing valuable market insights and talent intelligence to inform strategic hiring decisions.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a specific focus on marketing roles.
Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various modern sourcing tools.
A proactive, results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
