The Role: Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will serve as the engine of our growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for a professional who thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of an early-stage startup. You will not only develop the strategic vision for our brand but also execute the campaigns that will put UrbanWish on the map.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute our official launch in Lagos and Abuja, driving aggressive user acquisition across all channels.
Performance Marketing: Lead paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) while optimizing acquisition funnels to maintain a low Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Brand Stewardship: Define and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice that resonates with our target Nigerian audience.
Content & CRM: Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to ensure user retention and recurring bookings.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the CEO, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with our overall growth trajectory.

What We Are Looking For

2–5 years of experience in growth, digital, or brand marketing.
Proven background in startups, marketplaces, or consumer-facing internet businesses.
A deep understanding of performance marketing analytics and a track record of executing campaigns in emerging markets.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage external agencies and future in-house teams.
