The Role

You will own the brand positioning, lead generation, and demand creation, ensuring our marketing efforts directly translate into business success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on ROI and ROAS.
Brand Stewardship: Define our brand identity and ensure a premium, consistent presence across all channels.
Content & PR: Craft compelling narratives, manage media relations, and showcase our award-winning projects through high-impact case studies.
Sales Enablement: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team capable of executing complex campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, supported by 5–8+ years of experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Sector Expertise: While not mandatory, experience in real estate, interior design, or the luxury lifestyle sector is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency: A data-driven mindset with deep expertise in digital performance marketing and SEO.
Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, design-driven environment.
