The Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager for the 2W division, you will be at the helm of strategy, planning, and execution for all marketing initiatives. This multi-faceted role combines brand management, product marketing, and market intelligence to elevate brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and drive business growth. To succeed, you must understand both B2B (dealer and distributor) and B2C (retail/end-consumer) marketing dynamics, translating technical product features into compelling, relatable brand stories.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute impactful brand strategies to strengthen the market position of 2W vehicles across key segments, including commercial/commuter, personal, and corporate/fleet buyers. Ensure brand consistency across showrooms, dealer branding, advertising, digital channels, and trade events.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and oversee comprehensive ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), and digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to design dealer activation programs, trade promotions, test-ride events, and customer engagement activities, keeping a close eye on ROI.
Product Marketing & Market Development: Stay ahead of market trends through continuous competitor analysis and research. Partner with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to align campaigns with product specifications, pricing models, and financing options, leading go-to-market strategies for new vehicle models.
Stakeholder Management: Work synergistically with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Operations) and manage critical relationships with external creative agencies, media partners, and the dealer network.
Digital Marketing & Communication: Elevate the brand’s online presence through targeted social media campaigns, content marketing, and educational digital materials that explain vehicle usage, maintenance, and features.
