Overview: Your Role as Marketing Lead

Piedmont Global is a Strategic Globalization Organization (SGO), dedicated to helping clients scale rapidly, manage intricate challenges, and operate smoothly across various cultures, markets, and systems. Headquartered in Washington D.C., our team spans five continents, reflecting the truly global nature of our work. We empower organizations with essential people, capabilities, and strategies to confidently lead on a worldwide stage.

Enterprises and government agencies approach us because managing operations across different languages, cultures, markets, and systems places a significant coordination burden on their staff. To address that disconnect, we manage it as a single operation, drawing on eight integrated solutions: language operations, accessibility, staffing, data services, market intelligence, BPO, content, and consulting.

As our Marketing Lead, you'll be instrumental in articulating this unique value proposition. You will craft and execute marketing strategies that amplify our brand, attract new clients, and showcase how we equip organizations to lead globally. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, inviting talented professionals from any corner of the globe to contribute to our impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Piedmont Global's business objectives and growth targets.
Brand & Messaging: Refine and consistently communicate our brand identity, mission, and unique value proposition across all marketing channels. Craft compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise and government clients.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Oversee and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web content. Plan and manage targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
Content Creation & Management: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and website copy. Ensure all content is relevant, accurate, and reflects our expertise in globalization.
Performance & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI. Manage marketing budgets effectively.
Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales, solutions, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals. Mentor junior marketing professionals or manage external agencies as needed.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist role, preferably within a B2B or services-oriented environment.
Skills & Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content strategy, brand management, and demand generation. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Global Mindset: A genuine understanding of global business dynamics and cross-cultural communication. Experience marketing to international audiences is a significant plus.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex ideas clearly. Fluency in English is essential.
