Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Harmony’s mission and growth objectives.
Build and Amplify Brand Awareness: Create compelling brand messaging and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, including developers, users, and strategic partners.
Drive Community Engagement: Foster and grow our global community through active social media management, content creation, and engaging events.
Lead Content Strategy: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, educational materials, whitepapers, and multimedia assets, that effectively communicate our technical advancements and value proposition.

Requirements

A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the blockchain, Web3, or high-growth technology sectors.

Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
