You will be at the intersection of creative marketing and commercial growth, managing agency partners, driving lead generation, and building strategic relationships that help our business scale.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Agency Management: Lead the relationship with our external marketing agency, ensuring all content and campaigns meet our high standards for quality and brand alignment.
Campaign Strategy: Coordinate comprehensive campaigns across social media, email, and community channels to support product launches and institutional growth.
Growth & Outreach: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including universities, NGOs, and corporate partners to generate qualified leads for Joche Enterprise.
Reporting & Optimization: Maintain a clear pipeline of progress, utilizing data to refine our strategies and achieve measurable business targets.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in marketing or business development. You are comfortable managing multiple moving parts, possess excellent communication skills, and are entirely comfortable with proactive outreach. Most importantly, you understand that marketing is a vehicle for business growth, not just a creative exercise.
