Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Sales Executive, your duties will include:

  • Lead Generation: Actively prospecting and generating qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and targeted direct marketing efforts.
  • Sales & Promotion: Marketing and selling the Company's premium real estate products and diverse investment opportunities.
  • Client Presentations: Conducting professional property inspections and engaging presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Successfully negotiating terms and closing property deals while ensuring an excellent, seamless customer journey.
  • Strategy Development: Planning and implementing innovative sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of prospective buyers, providing regular sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
  • Market Awareness: Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Compliance: Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the entirety of the sales process.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven, successful track record in real estate sales.
  • Sales Record: Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, high level of integrity, and professional customer service orientation.
