Overview

Grafana Labs powers observability for massive global brands like Bloomberg, NVIDIA, and Salesforce. As our Marketing Analytics Director, you will lead the analytical charge behind our marketing engine. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to measure campaign effectiveness, track customer acquisition, and optimize our go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of marketing analysts.
Design and implement attribution models to measure the impact of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Partner with marketing leaders to forecast performance, set targets, and allocate budgets effectively.
Build and maintain robust dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline growth and conversion rates.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading marketing analytics functions within high-growth B2B technology or SaaS companies.
