Are you someone who loves breaking things just to see how they work and making sure they are bulletproof before users ever touch them? We are looking for a sharp Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Belarus and across the globe. You will dive right into exciting web applications and Salesforce environments, ensuring top-tier quality every single step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

You will test brand new features and verify bug fixes as soon as they land. Your daily routine involves running functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. You will create and maintain test cases, checklists, and all kinds of QA documentation from scratch. Analyzing requirements and preparing test scenarios before development even finishes is a huge part of the job. You will test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman, verify data using SQL, and reproduce pesky issues while collaborating closely with developers. Plus, you will jump into refinement sessions, help out with release testing, and suggest ways to boost our testing processes and overall test coverage.

Requirements

You should have at least two years of experience in manual QA under your belt. Experience testing web applications and Salesforce is a must. We expect a solid grasp of the software testing lifecycle, strong knowledge of test design techniques, and hands-on experience creating test documentation. You need to know your way around Jira and TestRail, plus browser DevTools and basic Git. Experience testing REST APIs, working with Postgres and MySQL databases, and interacting with CI/CD products will set you up for success. Great communication skills and an eagle eye for detail are absolutely essential.
