Role Overview

We are searching for a Managing Director for Finance and Operations to take the helm of our internal financial health and operational systems. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Kenya. You will work side by side with our Chief Executive Officer and our Managing Director for Impact Investments, blending big picture strategic planning with day to day execution to ensure we remain compliant, efficient, and financially robust.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the global finance and operations department with a focus on sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
Partner with the executive team to shape long term financial strategies and manage blended pools of investment capital.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across multiple international jurisdictions.
Refine internal operational workflows to empower our global team and maximize our organizational impact.
Ensure adherence to all 501c3 and international regulatory standards.

Requirements

Extensive leadership experience in financial management, nonprofit or corporate operations, and strategic planning.
Deep familiarity with managing complex budgets, compliance frameworks, and blended capital pools.
A hands-on yet strategic mindset with the ability to navigate both high level vision and fine details.
Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly in a distributed global team.
