Key Responsibilities

Manage, orchestrate, and mentor a talented group of Architects and Principal Consultants.
Build high performing teams by crafting meaningful career paths and offering sharp technical oversight.
Collaborate closely with Territory Service Managers to drive the business value of Red Hat Subscriptions.
Partner with the Project Management Office and Resource Management Office to establish consistent delivery practices.
Navigate a matrixed organization smoothly to ensure strong alignment with overall company strategy and customer outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience leading technical teams in a fast paced consulting or services environment.
Deep understanding of enterprise technology and open source solutions.
Exceptional ability to mentor staff, build career paths, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Strong communication skills with a knack for cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
