Manager, Talent Partner (HR Business Partner) - Chicago Remote
Are you a seasoned People leader with a knack for building strong relationships and fostering a thriving work environment? Imagine a role where you directly shape the culture and success of a dynamic, innovative company, empowering exceptional legal talent while driving business growth. Axiom is on the lookout for a talented individual to step into our Manager, Talent Partner position. If you're passionate about people strategy and ready to make a significant impact from wherever you call home, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with us.
Overview
Axiom is transforming the legal industry. We are where legal teams go to find the right talent for everything from routine in-house tasks to complex outside counsel work. Many legal departments struggle, forced to choose between the high fees of traditional law firms, hiring full-time employees they do not truly need, or turning to low-cost agencies that simply cannot meet their quality standards. Simultaneously, top lawyers seek challenging legal matters but desire more control over how, when, and where they practice. Both scenarios represent compromises no one should have to make.
Axiom shares and meets the higher standards of its clients and lawyers, with our “work smarter, adapt faster, go further” approach. We connect growing mid-market and Fortune 500 companies with the world’s deepest bench of experienced, specialized legal talent. As a Manager, Talent Partner, you will join our global People team. Though based out of Chicago, this is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity. You will work alongside the business to develop policy implementation, support best practices, and coach leaders and employees, all while contributing to a values-driven culture and helping the organization achieve its ambitious growth objectives.
