We are actively seeking a highly skilled BI Consultant, either a Manager or Senior Manager, specializing in Power BI, to join our vibrant, fully remote team. This is a worldwide opportunity! You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering robust, scalable analytics solutions tailored for global business teams, with a particular focus on commercial pharma operations including sales, field force management, and HQ reporting. You should bring solid experience in Power BI development, PBI migrations, and the strategic use of tools such as Alteryx for automated reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop impactful Power BI dashboards and reports specifically for commercial pharmaceutical needs, covering areas like sales performance, field force effectiveness, and headquarters reporting.
Translate complex business requirements into clear data models, efficient data flows, and scalable Business Intelligence solutions.
Lead or significantly assist in critical Power BI migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and enhanced capabilities.
Drive reporting automation efforts utilizing tools such as Alteryx or other similar platforms to optimize efficiency.
Implement robust processes for data quality, validation, and governance throughout all reporting layers, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate effectively with diverse cross functional teams, fostering strong partnerships to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

Proven, extensive experience in Business Intelligence consulting, ideally within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
Deep expertise in Power BI development, including advanced dashboard design, data modeling, and report creation.
Demonstrated success in leading or assisting Power BI migration initiatives.
Hands on experience with reporting automation tools like Alteryx or other similar data blending and ETL platforms.
Strong ability to translate intricate business needs into technical specifications and scalable BI architectures.
Excellent understanding of data quality principles, validation techniques, and data governance best practices.
A solid grasp of commercial pharma operations, including sales, field force dynamics, and corporate reporting structures.
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
