Overview

As our Manager of Software Test Automation, you will steer the strategic direction of our testing frameworks. You will work alongside brilliant engineers who embrace complexity, pursue bold ideas, and value integrity above all else. This role combines technical leadership with people management, allowing you to mentor talent while shaping the future of our diagnostic platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of quality and automation engineers across global time zones.
Architect, scale, and maintain robust automation frameworks that empower product teams to release with confidence.
Drive a culture of quality engineering best practices, continuous integration, and rapid feedback loops.
Collaborate with product and software leaders to define quality metrics and risk mitigation strategies.
Champion innovation by identifying modern tools and methodologies to streamline our software delivery pipeline.

Requirements

Extensive background in software test automation, quality engineering, and platform development.
Proven experience leading and developing high performing technical teams in remote environments.
Strong coding proficiency in modern programming languages and automated testing frameworks.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and software development life cycles.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong collaborative mindset and a passion for patient centric healthcare.
