Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives.
Design and refine daily outreach strategies, sequences, and qualification frameworks to maximize SMB pipeline generation.
Analyze key performance metrics regularly to identify coaching opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoffs and feedback loops.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent, setting them up for long term career growth within the company.

Requirements

Proven experience managing an SDR team in a fast paced SaaS or B2B environment.
Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks, outbound prospecting tools, and CRM workflows.
A coaching mentality with a strong track record of developing individual contributors into top performers.
