Overview
We need a versatile and execution focused Manager of Revenue Operations to act as the operational backbone for our go to market functions including SDRs, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships. This is a net new individual contributor role where you will build the operating rhythm, reporting, and processes these teams need as they scale. You will flex your focus naturally as business priorities shift, acting as a true strategic partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine the operational rhythm, reporting structures, and core processes for SDRs, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships.
- Investigate pipeline breakdowns and solve complex operational puzzles across multiple go to market functions.
- Partner closely with department leaders to align operational strategy with aggressive company growth goals.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, jumping in wherever the business needs operational muscle the most.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related strategic function within a high growth SaaS environment.
- A hands on, execution focused mindset with a strong ability to build systems from scratch.
- Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks quickly.
- Strong communication skills to partner effectively with cross functional leaders globally.
