You will sit at the crossroads of strategy and execution, driving customer satisfaction while scaling our retail programs to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture key relationships with major retail partners to drive mutual growth.
Oversee strategic initiatives that improve the overall customer and provider experience.
Collaborate with cross functional teams across product, marketing, and operations to launch new service offerings.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure high quality standards are consistently met.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions quickly.

Requirements

We want someone who brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands on execution. You should have a proven track record in partnership management or operations, ideally within retail, ecommerce, or home services. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be talking to internal teams and external partners daily. Comfort with data analysis and a knack for creative problem solving will set you up for success here.
