Overview

As our new Manager for Lifecycle Time and Attendance in APAC, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Time and Attendance. You will dive right into exciting challenges around global compliance, automation, and AI integration. We are looking for someone who loves tackling ambitious problems asynchronously and working alongside teammates spread across six continents.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end planning, implementation, and daily service delivery for the Lifecycle Time and Attendance team within the APAC region.
Drive innovation by integrating automation and AI capabilities into your everyday workflows and operational requirements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure seamless payroll and time tracking compliance.
Continuously optimize processes to deliver an exceptional experience for international employees and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience managing time and attendance or payroll operations within the APAC region.
A deep understanding of regional employment regulations, compliance standards, and workforce management practices.
Strong background in scaling operations through automation and innovative technology solutions.
Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
