Overview

As our APAC Contracts Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning, implementation, and service levels for our lifecycle contracts management team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations and work asynchronously with a brilliant global team. Because innovation drives everything we do, you will also help integrate smart automation and artificial intelligence tools into daily contract workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing lifecycle contracts management team across the APAC region.
Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle process ensuring compliance, speed, and accuracy.
Partner closely with legal, compliance, and regional leadership to streamline operations and mitigate risk.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging modern automation and AI capabilities within our platform.
Monitor service level agreements and establish metrics to measure team efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

Strong background in contract management or legal operations within the APAC market.
Proven experience leading and developing remote operational teams.
Deep understanding of regional employment practices across India, South East Asia, and Japan.
Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for integrating AI and automation into everyday workflows.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fully async environment.
