Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a talented legal operations team by strategically delegating work and fostering professional growth.
Own and optimize our entire legal tech stack, including tools like Salesforce, Jira, Conga, Agiloft, and DocuSign.
Act as the primary approver for quotes that need legal review and serve as the main point of contact for contract generation software.
Take full ownership of entity management, contract administration, and our corporate insurance program.
Drive key initiatives related to the company broader compliance agenda.
Collaborate daily with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams across multiple global regions.

Requirements

Proven experience managing legal operations, tech stacks, and compliance programs within a fast paced corporate environment.
Deep familiarity with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Jira, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for streamlining workflows and scaling operational processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross functional teams like finance and sales.
A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for problem solving in a globally distributed setting.
