As our Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, you won't just be filling roles. You'll be a key architect of Cloudbeds' future, defining and executing our worldwide talent acquisition strategy. This includes elevating the quality, consistency, and overall effectiveness of hiring across our entire organization. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to our executive leadership, directly influencing critical workforce planning decisions and shaping the very fabric of our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision: You will design, implement, and continuously refine Cloudbeds' comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and growth plans.
Process Excellence: Drive the optimization and standardization of our end-to-end recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes across all regions.
Leadership Partnership: Collaborate closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand critical business needs, forecast future talent requirements, and inform strategic workforce planning decisions.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and operational excellence.
Employer Branding: Champion and evolve our employer brand on a worldwide scale, attracting top-tier talent by showcasing Cloudbeds' unique culture, mission, and remote work environment.
Data-Driven Decisions: Establish key recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to leadership, ensuring data-informed adjustments to our talent strategy.
Diversity & Inclusion: Implement and champion best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle, building a truly representative and vibrant global team.
Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, platforms, and technology providers to maximize our talent outreach and efficiency.
Global Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations across the various countries where Cloudbeds operates.

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced leader who brings a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will possess:

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing a global team.
Global Expertise: Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across multiple countries and cultures, navigating diverse hiring landscapes.
Remote-First Acumen: Significant experience building and scaling teams within a fully remote or highly distributed organizational structure.
Strategic Partner: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive leadership, translating business needs into actionable talent strategies.
Innovative Mindset: Strong understanding of the latest recruitment technologies, trends, and best practices, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions.
Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and optimize recruitment performance.
