To build on this momentum and secure our financial roadmap, we are looking for a dedicated Manager for Foundation and Public Fundraising. This part-time role offers 24 to 32 hours per week and is open to exceptional talent working remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will center around building sustainable relationships and securing the resources that power our initiatives.

Systematically develop and scale institutional funding channels across charitable foundations and public grant agencies
Write clear, highly persuasive, and customized grant proposals tailored to specific institutional guidelines
Actively utilize and refine our donor management workflows within our Salesforce CRM platform
Thoughtfully apply modern AI tools to boost research speed, proposal drafting quality, and partner communications
Track funding landscapes, policy changes, and emerging grant trends to uncover new potential revenue sources

Requirements

You will thrive here if you bring genuine grant-writing experience paired with an autonomous, analytical approach to institutional fundraising.

Documented background in securing grants from philanthropic foundations or public institutions
Fluency in German to comfortably produce sophisticated, nuanced, and formal grant applications
Hands-on comfort with contemporary digital tools, particularly Salesforce CRM or comparable relationship tracking systems
Openness toward adopting artificial intelligence technologies to optimize everyday research and writing workflows
Independent work ethic suited for a high-trust, asynchronous remote working culture
