Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the charge in delivering top tier financial reports and actionable key performance indicators. You will guide clients through complex budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling while providing expert technical accounting assistance. Beyond client work, you will actively develop and coach staff and senior accountants, helping them reach their full potential. You will also collaborate closely with advisory teams to onboard new clients, streamline processes, monitor team metrics, and integrate exciting new technology platforms.

Requirements

We are seeking someone who brings a solid background in financial reporting and accounting management, ideally with specific exposure to the healthcare or physician practice sector. You should possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching team members.
