As our Collections Manager, you will take full ownership of the collections and accounts receivable lifecycle. This includes everything from daily balance recovery to setting the overarching strategy for how we operate. You'll lead a talented team of analysts and specialists, focusing on keeping aging accounts low and recovery rates high. Your work will ensure every step adheres to our stringent financial controls. Key Responsibilities

Strategize and Lead: Develop and execute the comprehensive collections strategy, guiding the team toward optimal performance and continuous improvement.
Drive Performance: Oversee the daily operations of the collections team, ensuring outstanding balances are recovered efficiently and effectively.
Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of collections analysts and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Ensure Compliance: Uphold rigorous financial controls and compliance standards throughout all collections and accounts receivable processes.
