Overview

As our Management Liability Practice Leader, you will develop and champion a best in class value proposition that addresses the complex needs of our clients. Your ability to navigate the nuances of management liability will help us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for complex management liability portfolios.
Support the firm by partnering closely with our Private Equity practice.
Drive innovative management liability product initiatives and targeted market campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and carrier partners.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who bring five to ten years of direct management liability experience gained within a large national retail brokerage. You should possess a deep understanding of market trends, strong strategic planning skills, and the self-motivation required to thrive in a remote work environment. Please note that while this role is fully remote, individuals living within a fifty mile radius of an office branch may occasionally be asked to work onsite for specific business needs. Candidates must also provide a dedicated, distraction free workspace.
