- Strategically managing equipment lifecycles, including planning for necessary upgrades and replacements.
- Coordinating the efficient procurement of essential spare parts and consumables to support ongoing maintenance needs.
- Ensuring unwavering compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, industry regulations, and stringent maintenance standards.
- Developing and enforcing robust maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting critical risk assessments, and maintaining accurate and detailed maintenance records.
- Leading, supervising, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Skillfully managing maintenance budgets, diligently monitoring costs, and consistently driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who We're Looking For: Requirements & Education
We are seeking a candidate with a robust background and proven expertise:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 8–10 years of progressive maintenance experience within demanding environments such as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), heavy construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or other heavy industrial settings.
- Leadership: A minimum of 3–5 years in a dedicated maintenance leadership or managerial role.
- Technical Acumen: Proven hands-on experience in managing heavy-duty construction and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge: Strong command of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Systems Understanding: Solid foundational understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in maintenance planning, comprehensive asset management, equipment reliability strategies, advanced troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, clear communication, effective stakeholder management, strong analytical, and superior problem-solving abilities.
