Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a professional who combines technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Education: OND, HND, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting machine manuals, troubleshooting industrial equipment, and executing preventive maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify technical issues quickly and provide effective solutions to keep production running.
