Our Engagement Modeling Team builds the machine learning foundations that drive user engagement across diverse media. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our ads prediction models. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in the United States, giving you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you are.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of machine learning engineers focused on ads engagement and predictive modeling.
Drive the technical roadmap for state of the art machine learning models that improve click through and video view through rates.
Partner closely with product, data science, and cross functional stakeholders to align engineering goals with broader business objectives.
Establish engineering best practices around model training, evaluation, deployment, and scalability.
Foster an inclusive and innovative team culture that encourages experimentation and continuous learning.

Requirements

Proven experience leading and managing machine learning engineering teams in a fast paced production environment.
Deep technical expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and large scale distributed systems.
Strong background in designing and scaling ads engagement or recommendation systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business strategy.
