We are looking for a leader who can oversee the daily operations, safety standards, and commercial success of our LPG stations.

The Role

The LPG Station Manager serves as the chief EHSSQ, sales, and customer service officer at the station. You will be responsible for managing financial and human assets to ensure the station meets its strategic objectives while maintaining a safe, clean, and customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest EHSSQ standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.
Sales & Business Growth: Drive the attainment of financial targets, manage inventory to minimize losses, and lead local marketing initiatives.
Data & Reporting: Manage reporting platforms to track sales, inventory, and P&L; provide accurate, timely reconciliation of cash and expenses.
Stakeholder & People Management: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, protect the company’s reputation, and ensure all station personnel adhere to established operating procedures.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are searching for candidates who possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen:

Education: Minimum of an HND or a Degree in a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience, with specific expertise in LPG operations and station management.
Skills: Proficiency in sales, business development, account management, and effective communication.
Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, time management, computer literacy, and deep insight into oil and gas industry dynamics.
