Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work
As a Line Pipeline Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing complex engineering projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Executing engineering design in strict accordance with international standards.
- Participating in piping, pipeline, and process design activities.
- Contributing to HAZOP, SIL, Risk Assessment, and overall safety awareness.
- Ensuring seamless interdisciplinary coordination and teamwork across departments.
- Utilizing relevant engineering software to deliver accurate technical outputs.
- Managing project documentation and producing high-quality technical deliverables.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a relevant discipline.
- Experience: 8 to 15+ years of relevant professional experience working in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC projects.
- Project Phase Experience: Proven hands-on experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, or Commissioning phases.
- Standards Knowledge: Strong, working knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, ISO, and others.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in industry-relevant engineering software including AutoCAD, PDMS, P&ID, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, CAESAR II, and more.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
