Overview

This is a fully remote, individual contributor position where you will take ownership of time and attendance workflows. You will collaborate asynchronously with smart, driven people who value innovation and automation. Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee accurate time and attendance data for external employees and global clients.
Resolve discrepancies quickly while maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance.
Partner cross-functionally with payroll and customer success teams to ensure seamless pay cycles.
Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and apply automation tools to streamline daily tasks.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding time tracking policies and platform usage.

Requirements

We are seeking someone energetic, curious, and motivated. You should bring solid experience in global payroll operations, workforce management, or HR administration. Strong attention to detail is a must since you will handle sensitive employee data daily. Comfort with asynchronous communication tools and modern HR tech stacks will set you up for success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing your unique perspective to ambitious problem-solving.
