Key Responsibilities

Provide expert, localized guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in various Latin American countries.
Lead and manage employee lifecycle transitions, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding processes for the LATAM workforce.
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions in Latin America, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Collaborate closely with internal legal, payroll, and support teams to deliver seamless, high-quality HR services to our global clients and their employees.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice and tailored solutions to complex HR challenges.
Leverage and contribute to the development of our innovative HR platform, incorporating automation and AI capabilities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Educate and empower clients with knowledge of employment laws and cultural nuances specific to the LATAM region.
Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating empathy and discretion while handling sensitive employee information and situations.

Requirements

Proven experience in Employee Relations and HR Lifecycle management, with significant expertise in Latin American labor laws and practices.
Demonstrated ability to advise on complex HR issues, offering practical and compliant solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a significant plus).
A deep understanding of remote work challenges and opportunities, coupled with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
