Overview

As our Senior Occupational Health and Safety Specialist focusing on Contract Management, you will be the driving force behind our global safety standards. Working from wherever you feel most inspired on planet Earth, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation and artificial intelligence into our daily operations. You will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and champion a culture of wellbeing across multiple continents.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive occupational health and safety strategies tailored for a distributed global workforce.
Oversee contract management processes related to health, safety, and compliance vendors.
Partner with our engineering and product squads to embed AI and automation solutions into safety workflows.
Monitor global regulatory changes and proactively update our internal policies to keep our team protected.
Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders regarding workplace safety standards and risk mitigation.

Requirements

Extensive background in occupational health, safety management, or a closely related field.
Proven experience navigating complex international regulatory landscapes and employment frameworks.
