Key Responsibilities

Manage technical requirements, schedules, quality standards, and financial performance for power and energy projects.
Oversee transmission and distribution lines, substations, and specialized communication sites with a strong focus on SCADA and telecomm.
Nurture and grow existing client relationships while ensuring total client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Drive overall project performance from the early proposal phase through project startup, planning, execution, reporting, and final closeout.
Maintain rigorous oversight for safety protocols and timely deliverables across all assigned regional initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience successfully managing technical engineering or energy infrastructure projects of moderate size and complexity.
Deep understanding of the project lifecycle including financial tracking, scheduling tools, and quality management.
Strong background in Power and Energy Transmission and Distribution, Substations, or SCADA and Telecommunications systems.
Exceptional communication skills with a natural talent for client development and team leadership.
Ability to travel periodically for face to face meetings at designated WSP or client offices.
