About the Role
Renmoney is on a mission to make finance simple, useful, and accessible to everyone. By leveraging data-driven insights, the company creates financial products—including loans, savings, and investments—that empower individuals and businesses to achieve their goals. We are currently looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our transition from ad hoc campaigns to sophisticated, data-driven portfolio management.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of our lifecycle journeys. Rather than treating our customer base as a simple list to blast, you will view it as a portfolio to be grown. You will report to the Head of Retention & Lifecycle Marketing, taking strategic direction and turning it into live, measurable, and high-impact programs. This position is ideal for an analytical marketer who thrives on building scalable, automated systems that drive real incremental growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Execution: Manage journeys across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app platforms, covering the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to win-back.
- Portfolio Growth: Build specific journeys to close portfolio gaps, including dormant user activation, product upgrades, and cross-selling.
- Platform Ownership: Fully operate our engagement platform, managing segments, data requirements, QA, and governance.
- Rigorous Experimentation: Implement a robust A/B and multivariate testing framework, using control group holdouts to measure true incremental business impact.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Data Science, and BI teams to align messaging, optimize data quality, and drive CLV.
- B2B & SME Focus: Assist in building out lifecycle nurture programs tailored to our SME and B2B customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Retention (Fintech/Financial services experience is a major plus).
- Hands-on technical proficiency with Customer.io or similar lifecycle marketing automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of experiment design, including incrementality measurement and holdout groups.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using BI tools (Mixpanel, Power BI) and advanced spreadsheet functions to drive decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
