Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure integrated and holistic patient care, even in a remote setting.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in mental health care.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- While the role operates under our Canton, OH framework, we welcome applications from professionals worldwide who are licensed or willing to pursue relevant state licensures to serve our expanding US patient base (e.g., MA, CO).
- Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to adult and adolescent populations.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote work environments.
